TGS osu! Meetup
The Gaming Stadium is hosting an osu! meetup and tournament for the local community on Saturday, February 15th. We’ll have our LAN room with high end PCs to play your favorite rhythm game as well as a tournament that starts at 1 PM. This is the perfect time to come out, meet the community, and show off your skills or learn from the best!
In addition to the osu! meetup we’ll also be hosting an official viewing party for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards that starts at 5 PM!
➡️ Entry Fee:
$10 per player (50% discount on our regular weekend rate)
Gets you all day access for PC gaming and free entry into the Osu tournament!
➡️ Tournament Format:
We will be hosting an Osu tournament that will be free for anyone to join with general admission. Tournament starts at 1 PM.
Tournament will be a double elimination bracket with the amount of games per round dependent on attendance.
We’re currently taking signups to gauge interest and select appropriate map pools that will be announced prior to the event.

➡️ Equipment:
Our facility provides PCs, monitors, and mouse pads at every desk. Players who would like to borrow any of the PC peripherals provided at TGS can do so for free but will need to provide an ID. Peripherals include: headset, mouse, and keyboard.
Players are welcome to bring their own peripherals to play on. Those who would like to play on a controller will need to provide their own controller and any adapters necessary to get them to work on our PCs.
➡️ Age Restrictions:
Players under the age of 19 must have a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in this event.
Players under the age of 19 who qualify for prizing must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian to receive said prizing.
These forms are available online and at our facility on the day of the event. These forms are valid for the period of a year after the date they are signed.
