TGS Online Series Featuring Valorant – Closed Beta Goodbye

With Riot’s recent announcement about Closed Beta ending and official release happening soon, we want to send Beta a goodbye with some FREE online Mini-Tournaments! 👋👋
Scratch that competitive itch before the close of beta and official launch.
These tournaments are open to everyone, so grab some friends and get to practicing! 😤
This competition is not affiliated with or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or VALORANT Esports.
➡️ Tournament Fees:
Registration will close two hours before each tournament.
FREE! Make sure to RSVP your team information on our website.
*Don’t have a team? That’s fine! Register as a solo and we’ll form a team for you from the pool of registered single players. Teams will be formed on a first-come, first-served basis for single tickets. If there are not enough solo sign-ups to form another team, we will automatically refund all remaining solo tickets.
➡️ Event Minimum: 4 Teams
➡️ Tournament Format:
The Tournament will start at 11AM Pacific on Saturday, and 6PM on Wednesday, and run through our Discord.
The exact format will depend on the date and number of teams registered.
Options are:
Groups -> Playoffs
Swiss -> Playoffs
Bo1 Double Elimination Bracket, Bo3 Finals
Bo3 Single Elimination Bracket
➡️ Veto System:
Team A removes one map
Team B removes one map
Remaining map will be played
Team A picks side on map
Team A picks map 1, Team B picks side
Team B picks map 2, Team A picks side
Loser of map 2 picks map 3 side
💰 Prize Pool: $125 CAD
1st: $100
2nd: $25

➡️ Online Events Disclaimers:
Players participating in online events MUST be available in the TGS Discord server during the time of that event. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from that event.
Players must be residents of Canada to earn prizing in online events. Teams may have a resident of Canada on their team receive the prizing for distribution or sign a waiver form to have the prizing sent to a trusted friend or family member in Canada that did not play on the team. If it becomes apparent after competing in an event that the above criteria have not been met, the player or team will not receive their prizing or a refund for that event.
➡️ Age Restrictions:
Players under the age of 13 must have a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in this event.
Players under the age of 19 who qualify for prizing must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian to receive said prizing.
These forms are available online and at our facility on the day of the event. These forms are valid for the period of a year after the date they are signed.
